Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and hz777 ("hz777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hz777 online betting and casino platform accessible at hz777.io and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the hz777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the Member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hz777 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. hz777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law at the time of placing any bet or wager. hz777 targets the Bangladesh market and provides services to members located in Bangladesh.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied by you through the hz777 responsible gaming tools or by hz777 on the basis of problem gambling indicators.
• Not an hz777 Employee: Current employees, contractors, officers, and directors of hz777, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to hold a member account on the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by hz777. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) hz777 account. If hz777 identifies that you hold more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — hz777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any associated balance.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hz 777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify hz777 customer support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. hz777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such loss arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your hz777 account remains accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account information promptly. hz777 may suspend withdrawal processing if account details are inconsistent with the payment method presented.

You must not allow any third party to access or operate your hz777 account on your behalf. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals placed from your account are deemed to have been made by you personally.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. hz777 reserves the right to add or remove approved payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to members.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Member's own name. hz777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where hz777 determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party source, it reserves the right to reverse the deposit, freeze the associated account balance, and request documentary verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five to ten minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedules.

hz777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

The following general principles apply to all hz777 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Each member may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the hz777 Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular bet or game.

hz777 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), and other sports. hz777 also provides live casino games, slots, fishing arcade games, and bingo. All games are sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. hz777 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match markets, odds are locked at the time of bet placement. For in-play markets, the odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: hz777 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where an event is cancelled or abandoned according to the applicable rules, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one hz777 account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person;

Intellectual Property

All content on the hz777 Platform, including but not limited to the hz777 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of hz777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of hz777.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to hz777 for use on the Platform. Limitation of Liability

hz777's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

hz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hz777 reasonably determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes;
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity connected to the account;
• The Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.

Where an account is closed by hz777 as a result of a Member's breach of these Terms, hz777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, hz777 may forfeit the account balance to offset any costs, losses, or damages incurred.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting hz777 customer support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method used for deposits, subject to verification.

Privacy & Data

Your continued use of the hz777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hz777 is incorporated and operates. Nothing in this clause shall limit hz777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact hz777 customer support to seek an informal resolution. hz777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and to resolve the matter within thirty (30) calendar days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. hz777 and the Member each waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action or litigation arising from or related to these Terms.
